PRICING AND TERMS
By completing your payment you are agreeing to the following terms:
INITIAL PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT
• A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required, covering your first 2 months of service
• This deposit applies toward your 12-month post-launch service agreement
SALES TAX
• Pennsylvania residents: 6% state sales tax
• Allegheny County: Additional 1% local tax
• Philadelphia: Additional 2% local tax
BILLING AND SERVICE TERMS
• Monthly rate is guaranteed for 12 months post-launch
• Future payments automatically deduct from initial payment method
• Client must provide website materials within 60 days of signup or forfeit service agreement
• Work begins within one business day of payment
• Progress updates provided via Client Dashboard and registered email
• Domain procurement occurs after site revisions are finalized during setup
SERVICE LIMITATIONS
• Post-launch includes 4 hours of work monthly; additional hours billed at $60/hour
• Changes exceeding 25% of website content within a month, require separate design service agreement
• Third-party purchases (software, plugins, domains, licenses) and backend development billed separately with prior approval
CANCELLATION
• Either party may terminate with 15-day written notice
• Missed payments result in service termination
• Account reactivation may incur prorated fee
SITE MIGRATION
• Website deactivation upon service termination
• Site archived for one year
• Compressed site files (.zip) provided via Client Dashboard
• Domain repointing assistance available; no migration service provided
